Job Summary:
We are seeking a world-class, strategically minded, and results-focused Sr. Manager, Paid Media Strategy & Planning. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in paid media activations across both offline and online channels. This leadership role involves overseeing the media strategy and planning for key brands and lines of business within the Vail Resorts network, with a comprehensive omni-channel focus. The Sr. Manager will manage a substantial budget to achieve scalable results across all Paid channels (Digital, Connected TV, Video, OOH, Radio, Podcasts, etc.) and collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams to further optimize our business performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership: Be a thought leader and expert in media planning and media buying, setting the agenda at all levels.
Media Strategy Development: Support the development of our future Paid Media Strategy across our portfolio of brands for North America

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
